Note from the Principal
Why we built Bluestone.
After more than two decades in federal law enforcement and protective work, I noticed the same pattern from the client side: capable operators, undisciplined firms.
Counsel would call us at 9pm with an asset-tracing matter, and the agency would promise the world by Monday. By Tuesday, the deliverable couldn't be filed under privilege. By Friday, the surveillance product wouldn't survive a foundation challenge. Good people, mediocre process — and the client paid for it.
Bluestone is the firm those engagements should have been routed through. In-house operators only. Court-ready documentation by default. A live GSOC on the line every hour of every day. Counsel-led intake when privilege matters. Confidentiality treated as a discipline, not a marketing line.
If the cost of getting it wrong is unacceptable — for your client, your principal, or your matter — that's the work we do.

Operators
Hired from the disciplines clients trust most.
Bluestone is staffed by men and women whose careers were forged in federal and state law enforcement, the United States military, and special-operations communities. We do not subcontract our most sensitive work — the operator on your matter is a Bluestone operator, accountable to our standard end-to-end.

Engagement & Pricing
Built to a standard. Priced for the work it actually requires.
Most agencies hide pricing. We don't. The figures below are typical engagement starts — final scope and fee are set during confidential intake.
Three engagement postures.
Pricing varies with operator count, hours of GSOC coverage, jurisdictional reach, and the evidentiary depth required. Counsel-led matters under privilege are quoted on the same transparent basis.
Standard$2,500/wkSingle-discipline engagements · Investigations or short-window protective work · Court-ready documentation included.
Standing$8,500/wkPersistent protective-intelligence and EP programs · 24/7 GSOC oversight · Quarterly threat-posture review.
CrisisBespokeIncident response · Multi-jurisdictional matters · Surge cells deployed within hours · Quoted on confidential intake.
Confidential Intake
Tell us what's at stake.
Every Bluestone engagement begins with a confidential conversation — under privilege where appropriate — to scope the threat, the evidence, and the operational response.
